Metalore’s Prioritized Objectives

1. Continue systematic drilling of the shallow (1,200 to 1,400 feet, Silurian) natural gas wells and initiate drilling of the deeper horizons (3,000 to 3,500 feet, Ordovician and Cambrian) to sustain and expand the company's "core" business.

2. Continue paying appropriate, Annual Dividends to Shareholders with cash flow generated from Natural Gas Production (annual dividend payments where commenced in November, 2000).

3. Continue exploring for precious metals on the company's wholly owned mining properties in the Sioux Narrows area of Northwestern Ontario.

4. Continue to participate in the supervision of work in progress on the Company's other mining interests at Beardmore and to monitor progress to the anticipated ultimate production stage.

Metalore is strategically poised for major growth.
