Metalore Resources Limited Corporate Profile

Metalore has:

1. Compiled a remarkable tract record with both Hydro-carbon and Precious Metal exploration and development over the Company's fifty-nine year history.
a. Participated in a productive Hydro-carbon play in Alberta (Cessford) in the late 1950's, as a pre-cursor to commencing the company's wholly owned Natural Gas development in Southern Ontario in the mid 1960's, which has evolved as Metalore's "core" business.
b. Pioneered "state of the art" well fracturing techniques that have yielded a total cumulative production of 15 Billion cubic feet of gas to date. Proven Drilled and Proven Undrilled Natural Gas Reserves on the Company's 40,000+ acres of leaseholdings are sufficient to sustain production for another fifty years.
c. Discovered and followed through with the preliminary delineation of the Brookbank, Fox Ear and Golden Highway gold resources in Northwestern Ontario in the mid 1980's.

2. Extensively researched (including due diligence field trips abroad) the Technical and Economic Feasibility of building and operating a plant to produce Ethanol and High Value Co-Products from Wheat, as a Renewable, Environmentally Friendly Fuel to extend global reserves and ultimately replace refined hydro-carbon (Natural Gas and Oil) Fuels. This project is currently "on hold."

3. The lowest capitalization (1,755,000 common shares) of any resource company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and is managed by an experienced team of "hands on" exploration and development personnel.
